Need a new true crime documentary series? “Betrayal: Secrets & Lies” (ABc, 10 p.m.), formerly a Hulu show, has a new eight-episode run on network TV covering the same kinds of lies, deception and double lives, based on the “Betrayal” podcast by Andrea Gunning, above. First up is a bizarre case of malicious impregnation.

While in prison, Edmond hears of a hidden treasure on “The Count of Monte Cristo” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local lisings). 

“The Forsytes” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings) have a family night at the opera. 

Sixteen chefs return for second-round matchups on “Tournament of Champions” (Food, 8 p.m.). 

“Married to Medicine” (Bravo, 9 p.m.) has its reunion episode. 

The work of Robert Mueller as FBI director under George W. Bush is studied on the penultimate episode of “Standoff: The FBI, Power and Paranoia” (CNN, 9 p.m.) following Mueller’s death March 20 at 81. The final episode at 10 concerns Louis Freeh, the FBI director under Bill Clinton. 

In a new made-for-TV thriller, a “Picture Perfect Sister-in-Law” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.) turns out not to be. 

Monsoon rains and poisonous fruit make a tropical setting less inviting on “Naked and Afraid” (Discovery, 8 p.m.). 

“Filthy Fortunes” (Discovery, 8 p.m.) tries to track down a copy of the Declaration of Independence. 

A crew races to reach a 45-ton target on “Extreme Catch” (National Geographic, 9 p.m.). 

“Air Disasters” (Smithsonian , 9 p.m.) looks into the 2016 crash of a charter plane in Colombia carrying Brazil’s soccer team that killed 71 of the 77 aboard.

Turner Classic Movies has three from W.C. Fields with “The Bank Dick” (8 p.m.), “Never Give a Sucker an Even Break” (9:30 p.m.) and “International House” (11 p.m.). The silent movie at midnight is “Nanook of the North” (12:15 a.m.), followec by two imports from Spain, “Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down!” (3:30 a.m.) and “Barrios Altos” (5:15 a.m.). 

Baseball includes Kansas City at Atlanta (MLB, 1:35 p.m.), Boston at Cincinnati (ESPN, 1:40 p.m.) and Cleveland at Seattle (Peacock, 7:20 p.m.). 

Basketball includes Clippers at Milwaukee (NBA, 3:30 p.m.), Knicks at Oklahoma City (NBC, 7:30 p.m.) and Golden State at Denver (NBC, 10 p.m.). 

Hockey has Florida at Rangers (NHL, 1 p.m.) and Chicago at New Jersey (NHL, 7 p.m.).
