The Memorial Day Weekend 33-film collection of war movies on Turner Classic Movies begins early today with “Hell Below” (6 a.m.) and continues with “Thunder Afloat” (8 a.m.), “Destination Tokyo” (10 a.m.), “Torpedo Run” (12:30 p.m.), “Run Silent, Run Deep” (2:15 a.m.), “Up Periscope” (4 p.m.), “Operation Pacific” (6 p.m.), “Friendly Persuasion” (8 p.m.), “Sergeant York” (10:30 p.m.), “Men Must Fight” (1 a.m.), “The Deep Six” (2:30 a.m.) and “Foreign Correspondent” (4:30 a.m.).

Tonight’s Elvis movie is a double feature: “King Creole” (Encore, 8 p.m.) and “Jailhouse Rock” (Encore, 10 p.m.).

In the NBA playoffs, it’s San Antonio at Memphis (ESPN, 9 p.m.).

Just announced as not being renewed for a new season is “Body of Proof” (ABC, 10 p.m.).

Is Michael Douglas more credible in the upcoming Liberace bio pic “Behind the Candalabra” premiering Sunday, or as Gordon Gekko in “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps” (Fox Movie Channel, 8 p.m.).
