Netflix-Arrested_Deve_MurrThose with the subscription streaming service will be indulging in some or all of the 15 new episodes of “Arrested Development” (Netflix, starting today), back again after a seven year (!) lapse.

For all its good intentions and its logical underlying premise: Getting Broadway talent to fashion something entertaining for TV, “Smash” (NBC, 9 p.m.) could never quite make a go of it on NBC. So after two seasons, an enviable cast and a few blockbuster numbers along the way, the series calls it quits for good tonight with a two hour finale. It ends as it began with Karen and Ivy competing again, this time at the Tony Awards.

Joan goes to the beach on “Mad Men” (AMC, 10 p.m.). Sold.

Gary Sinise and Joe Mantegna return to join the live “National Memorial Day Concert 2013” (PBS, 8 p.m., check local listings) which features Katherine Jenkins, Chris Mann and Alfie Boe performing with the National Symphony Orchestra, the Army Herald Trumpets, the Army Chorus, the Navy Band Sea Chanters, among others, and readings from Colin Powell and Ed Harris. Newly crowned “American Idol” winner Candice Glover sings the national anthem.

Too old by now for his lurid romance competitions, Bret Michaels jumps networks for a new venture, customizing trailers on the new “Rock My RV” (Travel, 9 p.m.).

For a middle aged professional without much time of her own, “Nurse Jackie” (Showtime, 9 p.m.) sure has a lot of suitors.

The super bogus “Mermaids: The Body Found” (Animal Planet, 8 p.m.) tries to bolster its flimsy case with “Mermaids: The New Evidence” (Animal Planet, 10 p.m.). Barnum lives as the network undercuts its credibility with the bigfoot of the sea.

It’s Masaharu Morimoto vs. Jose Garces in an “Iron Chef America” (Food Network, 9 p.m.) tournament of champions.

Memorial Day Weekend means car racing for some reason so there’s the Indianapolis 500 (ABC, noon) followed by a Sprint Cup NASCAR race (Fox, 6 p.m.) from Charlotte in prime time.

But it also means a 33-film, two day marathon of war movies on Turner Classic Movies with, among others, “They Were Expendable” (1 p.m.), “The Green Berets” (3:30 p.m.), “Flying Leathernecks” (6 p.m.), “Battleground” (8 p.m.), “Battle of the Bulge” (10:15 p.m.) and “Homecoming” (1:15 p.m.)>

Tyler Perry is on a new “Oprah’s Next Chapter” (OWN, 9 p.m.).

Sunday night baseball has Braves at Mets (ESPN, 8 p.m.). Earlier, it’s Yankees at Rays (TBS, 1:30 p.m.).
