“Rizzoli & Isles” (TNT, 9 p.m.) has slowly become the most popular show on cable.

A glimpse of the new spinoff comes when Spencer and Toby make a trip to Ravenswood on tonight’s “Pretty Little Liars” (ABC Family, 8 p.m.).
