Largely overlooked in its premiere run, and destined to deservedly live in classrooms forevermore, “Latino Americans” (PBS, 8 p.m., check local listings) runs its final two episodes, covering the legacy of Cesar Chavez and the rise of Latino power in America.
There is still a ways to go, however, as the country’s fastest growing minority group is represented only sporadically on network TV, in just supporting roles on shows from “Lucky 7” (ABC, 10 p.m.) and “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” (Fox, 8:30 p.m.) and “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” (ABC, 8 p.m.), all on with second episodes tonight.

In the new series “Wolfblood” (Disney Channel, 8 p.m.) Aimee Kelly plays a teenage girl who goes through some odd changes each full moon.
The decent new cooking competition “Knife Fight” (Esquire, 9 p.m.) enlists Elijah Wood as a judge. Then the traveling Scots on “Brew Dogs” (Esquire, 10 p.m.) go to the source of Anchor Steam.
Renee returns to “Chicago Fire” (NBC, 10 p.m.), but Ziva is still missing in Israel on “NCIS” (CBS, 8 p.m.).
Part two of the highlights of the 2013 iHeart Radio Music Festival (The CW, 8 p.m.) features Bruno Mars, Paul McCartney, Justin Timberlake, Drake and Maroon 5, whose lead singer also appears in his duties on “The Voice” (NBC, 8 p.m.), where blind auditions continue in a two hour episode.
The two couples on “New Girl” (Fox, 9 p.m.) go on a double date. But the gang on “The Mindy Project” (Fox, 9:30 p.m.) does them one better; going to a music festival where band The National actually plays.
Kate agrees to coach her stepson’s soccer team on “Trophy Wife” (ABC, 9:30 p.m.).
More film history tonight on Turner Classic Movies (and when is a night on TCM not full of film history?). But these are some awfully great movies: “Singin’ in the Rain” (8 p.m.), “Double Indemnity” (10 p.m.), “The Bicycle Thief” (midnight), “Gun Crazy” (1:45 a.m.) and “The Big Sleep” (4:30 p.m.) in addition to a replay of the documentary “The Story of Film: An Odyssey: 1939-1952 – The Devastation of War and a New Movie Language” (3:15 a.m.).
