Halloween-themed confections are created on “Kids Baking Championship” (Food, 8 p.m.).

On “The Neighborhood” (CBS, 8 p.m.), a matchmaker is sought for Marty.

It’s “Grease” night on “Dancing with the Stars” (ABC, 8 p.m.), which last week eliminated both Brian Austin Green and Matt James.

Turner Classic Movies’ month-long Monday night series about country music in films, continues with “The Thing Called Love” (8 p.m.), “Tender Mercies” (10:15 p.m.), “Payday” (midnight) and “Outlaw Blues” (2 a.m.).

During the day, TCM has the films of Miriam Hopkins, born this day in 1902, with “Virginia City” (6 a.m.), “The Old Maid” (8:15 a.m.), “Old Acquaintance” (10 p.m.), “Lady with Red Hair” (noon), “Wise Girl” (1:30 p.m.), “Men Are Not Gods” (3 p.m.), “Trouble in Paradise” (4:30 p.m.) and “The Heiress” (6 p.m.).

Monday Night Football has Buffalo at Tennessee (ESPN, 8 p.m.).

It’s Houston at Boston (Fox Sports 1, 8 p.m.)  in Game 3 of the ALCS, with the series tied 1-1.

Hockey has New York at Toronto (NHL, 7 p.m.).
