Blake Shelton, who happens to be cleaning up on “The Voice” just as he did on the AMAs, is now bent on cleaning up tornado damage in his native Oklahoma as well. He’s organizing tonight’s “Healing in the Heartland: Relief Benefit Concert” (NBC, 9 p.m.) to benefit the United Way of Central Oklahoma May Tornadoes Relief Fund.
Joining him in the live Oklahoma City concert are his wife Miranda Lambert (pictured), Luke Bryan, Vince Gill, Darius Rucker, Rascal Flatts, Reba McEntire as well as his fellow coach from “The Voice,” Usher. And for the kids: Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic.

In addition to the two hour “MasterChef” (Fox, 8 p.m.), there is the new entry, “The American Baking Competition” (CBS, 8 p.m.) hosted by a much more benign presence than Gordon Ramsay; indeed, Jeff Foxworthy is also the host of the “American Bible Challenge.”
Here instead of psalms, he’s presiding over pralines, pies and other baked goods from 10 amateur chefs competing for a $250,000 prize and their own cookbook. Judges include Paul Hollywood, a chef on the British show they adapted this from, and cookbook author Marcela Valladolid.
James Lipton celebrates the 250th episode of “Inside the Actors Studio” (Bravo, 7 p.m.) with a two hour episode and a variety of celebrities from Robert De Niro and Christopher Walken to Dave Chappelle, Ellen Burstyn, Jennifer Lopez, Bradley Cooper and Conan O’Brien.
The second new Tyler Perry show on Oprah’s channel this week debuts tonight with “Love Thy Neighbor” (OWN, 9 p.m.), a comedy set in a diner that stars Patrice Lovely and Kendra C. Johnson.
“Psych” (USA, 10 p.m.) already reaches its seventh season finale.
Dumb dances sent in on videos by viewers competing for $10,000 is the premise of the new “Dancing Fools” (ABC Family, 9 p.m.), hosted by Melissa Peterson. It follows the return of both “Melissa & Joey” (ABC Family, 8 p.m.) and “Baby Daddy” (ABC Family, 8:30 p.m.).
A couple of timely reports on “Nova” (PBS, 9 and 10 p.m.) first reports on the hunt for those behind the bombing of the Boston Marathon last month, and then on the huge tornado that tore into Oklahoma City earlier this month.
Too soon for an all-star edition of “Top Shot” (A&E, 10 p.m.)? It starts tonight, with the past four season’s winners among the 16 returning marksmen (and women).
A host of disasters visit Turner Classic Movies tonight with the 1953 “Titanic” (8 p.m.), “In Old Chicago” (10 p.m.), “The Hurricane” (midnight), “San Francisco” (2 a.m.) and “The Crowded Sky” (4 a.m.).
Your Elvis movie tonight is “Jailhouse Rock” (Encore, 8 p.m.).
In the Stanley Cup Playoffs, it’s Detroit at Chicago (NBC Sports, 8 p.m.).
