victoriasSecretSeems a little chilly to be walking around in underwear. But the “Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show” (CBS, 10 p.m.) is back for its annual tease, with Taylor Swift, Neon Jungle, A Great Big World and Fall Out Boy performing and models talking about what they’re doing as if it’s important. But really, they’re walking around in their underwear and trying to sell you some bras.

With a new country music awards show every week, maybe everybody in Nashville will get a statue some day. The latest is the “American Country Awards” (Fox, 8 p.m.). Trace Adkins and NASCAR driver Danica Patrick co-host the fourth annual event from Las Vegas. Performers include Lady Antebellum, Florida Georgia Line, Sheryl Crow with Darius Rucker and Jake Owen and Kellie Pickler.

It’s the rare night when there are competing musical performance shows on broadcast TV. Opposite the country awards are replays of two editions of “The  iHeart Radio Album Release Party” (The CW, 8 and 9 p.m.). The first is from Katy Perry, the second from Lady Gaga.

“Sons of Anarchy” (FX, 10 p.m.) has its season finale after another overly violent season.

Christmas is celebrated on “The Goldbergs” (ABC, 9 p.m) and “Trophy Wife” (ABC, 9:30 p.m.) but not on “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” (ABC, 8 p.m.).

The “Frontline” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings) about the killings at Sandy Hook Elementary school, featuring many of my friends from the Hartford Courant, is rerun, likely without much of an update because, sadly, little has changed since the tragedy.

Some of the youngest competitors training for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi talk about their aims in a new “Nick News with Linda Ellerbee” (Nickelodeon, 8 p.m.).

The field is whittled to four on “The Voice” (NBC, 9 p.m.) and last year’s winner returns to perform. You don’t remember her name either, do you?

Luckilly, the new reality series “Tequila Sisters” (TV Guide Network, 8 p.m.) has nothing to do with Tila Tequila. It’s about siblings in Southern California who run a liquor business.

Patton Oswalt chooses the films tonight on Turner Classic Movies. His choices: “Kind Hearts and Coronets” (8 p.m.), “3:10 to Yuma” (10 p.m.), “The Wind Journeys” (11:45 p.m.), “Aaltra” (2 a.m.) and “The Road to Bali” (3:45 a.m.).

Hockey tonight includes Nashville at New York Rangers (NBC Sports, 7:30 p.m.). In basketaball, Miami at Indiana (NBA, 7 p.m.).

There’s a lot of men’s college basketball with Kansas at Florida (ESPN, 7 p.m.), Evansville at Xavier (Fox Sports 1, 7 p.m.), Oakland at Indiana (ESPN2, 7 p.m.), Gonzaga at West Virginia (ESPN2, 9 p.m.), Boise State at Kentucky (ESPN, 9 p.m.) and NJIT at Seton Hall (Fox Sports 1, 9 p.m.).
