The Madness begins in earnest, with every game in the NCAA men’s basketball tournament being aired. With Kentucky seeming like a lock on the eventual win, the best we can hope for are upsets and lots of them. Sixteen games begin their pursuit today, blocking all your CBS programming from “The Talk” and soaps to xxxx.

Liz doesn’t look like she’ll be sprung any time soon on “The Blacklist” (NBC, 9 p.m.).

Cult film director Bert I. Gordon has his day on Turner Classic Movies, which schedules some of his best low budget monster films from the late 50s and early 60s, including “Tormented” (8 p.m.), “Cyclops” (9:30 p.m.), “Attack of the Puppet People” (10:45 p.m.), “The Magic Sword” (12:15 a.m.), “The Boy and the Pirates” (1:45 a.m.), “Picture Mommy Dead” (3:15 a.m.) and “Village of the Giants” (4:45 a.m.).
