Orson Welles’ two masterpieces play back to back: “Citizen Kane” (TCM, 8 p.m.) and “The Magnificent Ambersons” (TCM, 10:15 p.m.) leading into a night of Welles, in “Jane Eyre” (TCM, midnight) and directing the early, rare silent comedy “Too Much Johnson” (TCM, 1:45 a.m.). It kicks off a month-long Friday night salute to Welles, who would have turned 100 May 6.
Stanley Cup playoffs tonight are Tampa Bay at Montreal (NBC Sports, 7 p.m.) and Minnesota at Chicago (NBC Sports, 9:30 p.m.).
