greys-anatomy-season-11-spoilersI suppose it’s not a spoiler by now to anyone who still cares about “Grey’s Anatomy” (ABC, 8 p.m.) that Derek, McDreamy himself, died in last week’s episode. It’s a move that the Hollywood Reporter says will save the network nearly $10 million a year. At any rate, they spend a two hour episode this week dealing with the emotional fallout.

Good episode of “Louie” (FX, 10:30 p.m.) in which he and his brother (Robert Kelly) go to the wrong funeral. There’s also one of those can’t miss jokes involving a timer.  Then he’s beat up by a girl.

The three part miniseries “The Casual Vacancy” (HBO, 8 p.m.) gets a strong conclusion.

This didn’t work out so well: “Backstrom” (Fox, 9 p.m.), the police yarn starring Rainn Wilson, reaches its final episode with a death on an Indian reservation.

For the 206th episode of “Bones” (Fox, 8 p.m.), making it the longest running drama from its studio, 20th Century Fox Television, its characters mention all 206 bones in the human body. Plus there’s a murder.

The drama that most closely reflects recent events may be “American Crime” (ABC, 10 p.m.) whose own protest for justice turned violent last week.

The ancient puzzle starts to take form on “Dig” (USA, 10 p.m.).

There’s some difference of opinion on how to fix “The Billy and Josh Show” on “The Comedians” (FX, 10 p.m.).

The second season comes to an end for “Mom” (CBS, 9 p.m.), with Roscoe deciding he wants to live with his father. Who can blame him?

“Mike Rowe: Somebody’s Gotta Do It” (CNN, 9 p.m.) is still on the schedule, about a monster truck, but it will be hard for the network to tear away from its reporting in Baltimore, standing around and guessing what’s happening, as the curfew countdown occurs.

“Lip Synch Battle” (Spike TV, 10 p.m.) pits morning hosts Michael Strahan vs. Hoda Kotb

The ladies recount their Philippines trip on “The Real Housewives of Melbourne” (Bravo, 9 p.m.).

There are back to back episodes of “The Black List” (NBC, 8 and 9 p.m.), with a new one at 9.

A night of “Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid” (TCM, 10 p.m.) includes the film of that name, but also “Chisum” (TCM, 8 p.m.), “The Left-Handed Gun” (TCM, 12:15 a.m.), “I Shot Billy the Kid” (TCM, 2:15 a.m.), “Billy the Kid” (TCM, 3:30 a.m.).

Second round games begin in the Stanley Cup with Washington at Rangers (NBC Sports, 7:30 p.m.) and Calgary at Anaheim (NBC Sports, 10 p.m.).

In the NBA first round playoffs, it’s Chicago at Milwaukee (TNT, 7 p.m.) and Clippers at San Antonio (TNT, 9:30 p.m.).

Baseball includes Philadelphia at St. Louis (MLB, 1:45 p.m.) and Detroit at Kansas City (MLB, 8 p.m.).

And round one begins in the bloated spectacle known as the NFL Draft (ESPN, 8 p.m.).
