When an American visiting London picks up a local it turns into a relationship neither one expected on “Catastrophe” (Amazon Prime, streaming). Rob Delaney and Sharon Horgan wrote and star in the comedy produced for British TV. It’s pleasant enough fare, but not as funny as recent home grown comedies such as “You’re the Worst” or “Married.”
