And now the animated series “Vixen” (The CW, 8 p.m.), about a female superhero who can mimic the abilities of animals, shows its entire two seasons on broadcast TV tonight, in the form of a movie. Executive produced by Greg Berlanti and his team from “Arrow,” it features the voice of Megalyn E.K. as Mari McCabe who becomes Vixen — a role she played in season four of “Arrow” as well.
