Hence: “The Great American Groom-A-Long” (Animal Planet, 10 p.m.), in which professional pet groomers virtually advise some celebrities that include Dennis Quaid, Aubrey O’Day and Apolo Ohno, on how to from their animals — and thus pass along the tips to viewers. Carson Kressley hosts, because he’s been racking up the number of reality shows he can be on at the same time.

For those who erroneously think the pandemic is over, you can watch a leader who craves cheers more than he cares about public health, with his ill-advised Campaign Rally (CSPAN, 8 p.m.) in an even more ill-advised locale, Tulsa, in a state that’s been marking its largest daily number of cases lately. Fans will be packed and marinating in their aerosol from 10 a.m.

“Line of Duty” (AMC, 11 p.m.) begins a third season soon after the first two with Sgt. Danny Waldron and his team shooting a criminal dead.

At a time without award shows, here’s one of the sleaziest forging on: “Best in Sex: 2020 AVN Awards” (Showtime, 11:35 p.m.). Appropriately, it comes right after a replay of the movie “Boogie Nights” (Showtime, 9 p.m.).

At a time when there are still no crowds for auto races, Matt Damon and Christian Bale star in “Ford v Ferrari” (HBO, 8 p.m.), making its premium cable debut.

The rerun of the ESPN Michael Jordan documentary “The Last Dance” (ABC, 8 and 9 p.m.) reaches its final episodes on broadcast TV, which is otherwise packed with reruns.

Tori Anderson stars as an olive oil heiress with a land dispute with a neighbor who happens to be childhood crush (Benjamin Hollingsworth) in the latest made-for-TV romance “Love Under the Olive Tree” (Hallmark, 9 p.m.).

In the made-for-TV thriller “Birthmother’s Betrayal” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.) a teenager makes the mistake of trying to find her biological mom.

“The Zoo” (Animal Planet, 8 p.m.) takes a look at its snakes.

Hogs are rescued on a new “Saved By the Barn” (Animal Planet, 9 p.m.).

A new “Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted” (National Geographic, 9 p.m.) goes to Laos.  Then something called “Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted: Extra Helping” (National Geographic, 10 p.m.) has additional footage of the South Africa trip.

“Love & Marriage: Huntsville” (OWN, 8 p.m.) reviews season one and gives a sneak peek of season two.

“Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan” (Nickelodeon, 8 p.m.) is not what you think it’s about.
