The new series “Secret Celebrity Renovation” (CBS, 8 p.m.) has essentially the same premise as cable’s “Celebrity IOU,” in which celebrities help give surprise home renovations to those who helped them along the way. It comes just before the third episode of “Love Island” (CBS, 9 p.m.) in as many days.
