The old network legal drama “All Rise” (OWN, 9 p.m.) finds a new home on cable for its old reruns. 

The life of a tiny woman is followed on the new “I Am Shauna Rae” (TLC, 10 p.m.), which follows a new episode of “I Am Jazz” (TLC, 9 p.m.). 

“Ant-Man” (TNT, 8 p.m.) is paired with “Ant-Man and the Wasp” (TNT, 10:30 p.m.). 

Turner Classic Movies continues its focus on accents — the transatlantic one found in “The Philadelphia Story” (8 p.m.) and “Some Like It Hot” (10 p.m.); and the one more founded in reality in “Gandhi” (12:30 a.m.) and “George Wallace” (4 a.m.).
