The statuesque Morena Baccarin returns as a mysterious Ukranian arms dealer who, once nabbed by the feds, orchestrates a series of bank heists in the pilot episode. “The Endgame” (NBC, 10 p.m.) also stars Ryan Michelle Bathe as an FBI agent determined to deal with her. Big explosives and guns in the first episode accompany some clunky dialogue, network-style.
Another new series tonight, “All American: Homecoming” (CW, 9 p.m.) follows athletes at a fictional Historically Black College, tying in with “All American” (CW, 8 p.m.), returning with new episodes.
