“America’s Got Talent: Extreme” (NBC, 8 p.m.) continues its auditions. 

The renovating “Rock the Block”(HGTV, 9 p.m.)  begins a new season. 

“Darcey & Stacey” (TLC, 8 p.m.) have a twins tell all episode. 

The end of Black History Month also sees the end of the miniseries “One Thousand Years of Slavery” (Smithsonian, 8 p.m.).
