“Catherine Cohen: The Twist…? She’s Gorgeous” (Netflix, streaming) is a comedy special that includes some music as well, in a cabaret setting at Joe’s Pub in New York City. 

The British crime drama “The Bay” (BritBox, streaming) returns for its third season. 

“Holy Heist” (Discovery+, streaming) documents the 1993 armored car robbery of $7.4 million that involved a crooked cop, an Irish rebel, a famous boxer and a priest. 

From Japan comes “Adam by Eve: A Live in Animation” (Netflix, streaming), a story about a high school student seeking her best friend, who has disappeared into a strange world. It’s part anime and part live action, with music by Eve.

“How I Met Your Father” (Hulu, streaming) has its first season finale. 

A new season stars for the Ted Danson comedy “Mr. Mayor” (NBC, 8:30 p.m.). 

“Young Rock” (NBC, 8 p.m.) is also back for its second season with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson stopping back in advance of the 2032 election.

The four-part series “Fixer to Fabulous: Welcome Inn” (HGTV, 9 p.m.) follows the renovation of an 1880s home into a bed-and-breakfast by Dave and Jenny Marrs. 

Along the same lines is the new series “The Craftsman” (Magnolia, 9 p.m.), which follows Eric Hollenbeck, working on historic homes in Eureka, Calif. 

Because they think there can’t be enough street outlaws here’s “Street Outlaws: America’s List – After Hours” (Discovery, 9 p.m.) which follows the racers away from the track.

Kevin takes the twins to the cabin for some dad time on “The Guitar Man” (NBC, 9 p.m.). 

“7 Little Johnstons” (TLC, 9 p.m.) welcome Joose, a 17-year-old foreign exchange student from Finland. 

Pam injects herself into the family’s grief and into the police investigation on the second episode of “The Thing About Pam” (NBC, 10 p.m.).

Funnel cakes are featured on the first of two episodes of “Deep Fried Dynasty” (A&E, 10 p.m.). 

On “Tyler Perry’s Ruthless” (BET, 10 p.m.), Clark crosses Marva.

“The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” (Bravo, 9:30 p.m.) begins to stall with spats. 

But the guys night turns dark on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” (Bravo, 8 p.m.). 

And there’s a “Teen Mom: Girls’ Night In” (MTV, 9 p.m.), where they’re having a reunion.

“Doubling Down with the Derricos” (TLC, 10 p.m.) wants city council approval for their business. 

Another terrible destination from the Travel Channel: “These Woods are Haunted” (Travel, 8 p.m.). 

Here’s another chance to see “After Yang” (Showtime, 9 p.m.) again. 

“Chopped” (Food, 9 p.m.) assigns a Chinese dish to go with an Italian cocktail.
