The disappearance of a woman for three weeks is investigated on “Dateline” (NBC, 9 p.m.).

“Real Time with Bill Maher” (HBO, 10 p.m.) welcomes Bob Odenkirk, Mary Katherine Ham and Caitlin Flanagan.
