After seven seasons on cable, the genealogy series “Who Do You think You Are?” (NBC, 7 p.m.) returns to broadcast network TV, starting with the roots of Billy Porter.

“United Shades of America with W. Kamau Bell” (CNN, 10 p.m.) returns for a new season looking at the maligned concept of “woke.” 

Peyton Manning becomes game show producer with the new “The Last Straw” (ABC, 9 p.m.) in what looks to be a super-sized Jenga adaptation. Host is Janelle James, who plays the principal on “Abbott Elementary.” 

After just one episode, “Big Brother” (CBS, 8 p.m.) is already overly complicated, but two will be nominated for eviction anyway. 

Actor Pedro Pascal hosts a new nature series about a wildlife rich area, “Patagonia: Life on the Edge of the World” (CNN, 9 p.m.). 

On “Becoming Elizabeth” (Starz, 8 p.m.), the court is rocked by Mary’s defiance. 

The three-part documentary series “Who is Ghislaine Maxwell?” (Starz, 9 p.m.) ends with her trial. 

“Celebrity Family Feud” (ABC, 8 p.m.) includes the cast of “Hacks” vs. the cast of “Abbott Elementary” and Kaleidoscope’s Penn vs. Erika Christensen. No such celebs on “The $100,000 Pyramid” (ABC, 10 p.m.) in its season premiere. 

“Grantchester” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings), the British detective series set in the 1950s, returns for a seventh season.

Percival and Reggie reach an agreement on “Riverdale” (CW, 8 p.m.).

The delightful animated “Tuca & Bertie” (Cartoon Network, midnight), born on Netflix and rescued by Adult Swim, returns for a third season. 

Leaphorn is blindsided on “Dark Winds” (AMC, 9 p.m.). 

The three-part documentary series “Supreme Team” (Showtime, 10 p.m.) tells the story of notorious gang in Queens. 

“60 Minutes” (CBS, 7 p.m.) talks to a top ex-spy for Saudi Arabia.

She like’s cooking; her fireman neighbor likes barbecuing in the made-for-TV romance “Love on Fire” (UPtv, 7 p.m.). 

“Married to Medicine” (Bravo, 9:15 p.m.) returns for its ninth season. 

A camping trip is planned on the second season premiere of “Mathis Family Matters” (E!, 10 p.m.).

“Biography: WWE Legends” (A&E, 8 p.m.) begins a second season, starting with a profile of the Undertaker. It’s followed by a pair of talk shows, “WWE Rivals” (A&E, 10 p.m.), hosted by Freddie Prinze Jr., and “WWE Smack Talk” (A&E, 11 p.m.), hosted by Booker T, Jackie Redmond and Peter Rosenberg. 

Things are scary for local school boards these days, but probably not in the ways shown on the new made-for-TV thriller “Nightmare PTA Moms” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.). Brianna Cohen, Jonathan Stoddard and Alissa Filoramo star.

“Johnson” (Bounce, 8 p.m.), the series about four guys with the same last name, returns for a second season. 

Bella stands up to Danioni on “Hotel Portofino” (PBS, 8 pm., check local listings). 

“Wicked Tuna” (National Geographic, 8:30 p.m.) ends its 11th season with a 90-minute episode. 

A new four-part series salutes female superstars, “Women Who Rock” (Epic, 9 p.m.).

“Battle on the Beach” (HGTV, 9 p.m.) has a season finale.

Sheree plans a fancy slumber party on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” (Bravo, 8 p.m.). 

“The Great Food Truck Race” (Food, 9 p.m.) has the final four trucks going to Glamis, Calif. 

The Codys stage a jewel robbery on “Animal Kingdom” (TNT, 9 p.m.). 

On “The Chi” (Showtime, 9 p.m.), single parenting bonds Emmett and Kiesha. 

The hunt for the Birdman continues on a pair of episodes of “We Hunt Together” (Showtime, 7:30 p.m.). 

On “P-Valley” (Starz, 10 p.m.), Andre’s mayoral campaign picks up speed. 

Turner Classic Movies has a Jean Arthur/Cary Grant double feature with “Only Angels Have Wings” (8 p.m.) and “The Talk of the Town” (10:15 p.m.). The midnight silent movie is “A Lady of Chance” (12:30 a.m.) with Norma Shearer followed by a Harold Lloyd short, “From Hand to Mouth” (2 a.m.). Then comes two from Eric Rohmer, “Summer” (2:30 a.m.) and “Claire’s Knee” (4:15 a.m.). 

Baseball includes Angels at Baltimore (Peacock, noon), Miami at Mets (MLB, 1:30 p.m.), San Francisco at San Diego (MLB, 4:30 p.m.) and Yankees at Boston (ESPN, 7 p.m.). In addition there is an announcement of the All-Star Game Roster (ESPN, 5:30 p.m.).

Today’s the day of the WNBA All-Star Game (ABC, 1 p.m.).

The NBA summer league has Indiana vs. Sacramento (ESPN, 3 p.m.), Philadelphia vs. Brooklyn (NBA, 5:30 p.m.), Chicago vs. New York (ESPN2, 5 p.m.), Washington vs. Phoenix (NBA, 5:30 p.m.), Denver vs. Cleveland (ESPNU, 7 p.m.), Golden State vs. San Antonio (NBA, 7:30 p.m.) Minnesota vs. Memphis (ESPNU, 9 p.m.) and Charlotte vs. Lakers (NBA, 9:30 p.m.).

Auto racing has the Austrian Grand Prix (ESPN2, 9 a.m.) and the Quaker State 400 (USA, 3 p.m.).
