A second season starts for the animated “Genndy Tartakovsky’s Primal” (Cartoon Network, midnight) from the creator of “Dexter’s Laboratory.” 

“The Fatal Flaw” (ABC, 10 p.m.) has a new episode after the hearings. 

Madison and Venita’s joint party takes a turn for the worse on “Southern Charm” (Bravo, 9 p.m.)

“Good Trouble” (Freeform, 10 p.m.) has a vote on who will lead the team.
