Sunday: ‘City on a Hill’ Back for Season 3

Kevin Bacon returns for one of his more interesting roles as the third season of “City on a Hill” (Showtime, 10 p.m.) begins, opposite Aldis Hodge. 

Yet another variation on the ill-clad survivalist show is “Naked and Afraid XL: Frozen” (discovery, 8 p.m.) in which contestants are dropped into the wintery mountains of Montana.

Archeologists find a lake full of jellyfish, among other things on the new “Secrets in the Jungle” (Science, 9 p.m.). 

“Riverdale” (CW, 8 p.m.) ends its penultimate sixth season with a show down against Percival Pickens. 

Zachary Levy learns about his family roots on “Who Do You Think You Are?” (NBC, 7 p.m.). 

“Forensic Files II” (HLN, 10 p.m.) returns for a fourth season. 

On the made-for-TV romance “Sweet as Pie” (UPtv, 7 p.m.) Rhiannon Fish plays a woman who meets the new manager at her family’s orchard (Kurt Shark). 

On the made-for-TV thriller “Lies Between Friends” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.) concerns a teenage girl who goes to live with a wealthy family. Matreya Scarrwener and Libby Allen star. 

“Women Who Rock” (Epix, 9 p.m.) ends its four-episode run.
