A Spanish Harlem double feature has Turner Classic Movies has “Popi” (8 p.m.) and “The Pawnbroker” (9:30 p.m.). The silent movie at midnight has Charlie Chaplin’s son Sydney Chaplin in “The Better ‘Ole” (12:15 a.m.). Then comes the Italian import “The Tree of Wooden Clogs” (2 a.m.).
