If anyone needs an icky new true crime recreation series, here’s “A Friend of the Family” (Peacock, streaming) about a series of sexual assaults to a teenager by someone the family knows. Anna Paquin, Jake Lacy and Colin Hanks star.

There aren’t many series about life at the opera, but a new one from France, “L’Opera” (Sundance Now, streaming) is about exactly that, focusing on three members at different points in the careers. 

“Aftershock: Everest and the Nepal Earthquake” (Netflix, streaming) is a new documentary series recounting the lethal Nepal earthquake in 2015. 

A second season starts for the series that follows the various business ventures of Mark Wahlberg, “Wahl Street” (HBO Max, streaming). 

The fifth episode of the final season of “Atlanta” (FX, 10 p.m.) is titled “Work Ethic!”

“Young Sheldon” (CBS, 8 p.m.) tries to help family finances.

Chicken wings are the challenge in “Hell’s Kitchen” (Fox, 8 p.m.). 

“Law & Order” (NBC, 8 p.m.) investigates the death of a fashion designer, while “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” (NBC, 9 p.m.) helps a pop star in a bad relationship and “Law & Order: Organized Crime” (NBC, 10 p.m.) try to track down a murderer. 

Now they’re making podcasts as well as running a B&B on “Ghosts” (CBS, 8:30 p.m.). 

“So Help Me Todd” (CBS, 9 pm.) works on two seemingly unrelated cases.

A power outage drives everyone to the church on “Welcome to Flatch” (Fox, 9 p.m.). 

“Waka & Tammy” (WEtv, 9 p.m.) ends their season, and possibly their show, with a divorce. 

Sheila refuses to renew her driver’s license on “Call Me Kat” (Fox, 9:30 p.m.).

“CSI: Vegas” (CBS, 10 p.m.) finds an actual corpse in a haunted house. 

Dishes are the problem on “Little Demon” (FXX, 10 p.m.). 

On the made-for-TV thriller “The Walls are Watching” (Lifetime Movie Network, 8 p.m.), a couple in a new home have to worry about the vengeful return of the former owner. 

“Southern Charm” (Bravo, 9 p.m.) begins its reunion episode. 

Challengers have to build a nature-powered rotisserie with just two tools on “Alone: The Skills Challenge” (History, 9:35 p.m.). 

“Mountain Men” (History, 8 p.m.) navigate the rapids of the Snake River. 

The season heats up on “Race for the Championship” (USA, 10 p.m.).

John Mellencamp chooses the movies tonight on Turner Classic Movies with “Cool Hand Luke” (8 pm.), “East of Eden” (10:15 p.m.), “Tortilla Flat” (12:30 a.m.), “Cannery Row” (2:30 a.m.) and “Of Mice and Men” (4:45 a.m.).
