Ava Gardner is star of the month on Turner Classic Movies, with a Thursday night showcase that begins with her earliest roles in “The Killers” (8 p.m.), “The Hucksters” (10 p.m.), “The Bribe” (12:15 a.m.), “East Side, West Side” (2 a.m.), “We Were Dancing” (4 a.m.) and “Ghosts on the Loose” (5:45 a.m.).
