The dark comedy “I Hate Suzie” that concerned a series of terrible things that happened to an UK actress played by Billie Piper unexpectedly returns for a three-episode holiday special “I Hate Suzie Too” (HBO Max, streaming) in which things just get worse after divorce and maybe losing custody of her son. That’s right, she tries for career rehabilitation through a reality competition, called Dance Crazee.

Also returning for a second season is the Japanese sci-fi thriller “Alice in Borderland” (Netflix, streaming).

Taye Diggs, Morris Chestnut, Terrence Howard, Sanaa Lathan, Regina Hall and Harold Perrineau all return for “The Best Man: The Final Chapters” (Peacock, streaming) an update of the film series from 1999 and 2013. Directing the new series is Malcolm D. Lee, who was behind those films.
