Host Martinique Lewis takes a journey across the country visiting sites listed in the historic Green Book that safely guided African-Americans for generations in the series “Black Travel Across America” (National Geographic, 10 p.m.).

Also notable in Black History Month are those who traveled even further, “Black in Space: Breaking the Color Barrier” (Smithsonian, 9 p.m.).

A new film on “Independent Lens” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings), “Outta the Muck” looks at the legacy of the tiny town of Pahokee, Fla., near Lake Okeechobee, home of NFL stars and other Black achievement. 

The BBC adaptation of the “Cormoran Strike” series that J.K. Rowling wrote under the name Robert Galbraith, moves from Cinemax to HBO with the third season of “C.B. Strike: Troubled Blood” (HBO, 9 p.m.), starring Tom Burke, Holliday Grainger, Sophie Ward and Linda Bassett. 

Also from the BBC is the kids’ sci-fi/mysery series “Silverpoint” (BYUtv, 8 p.m.), set in 1997. 

“Bloodlines” (Acorn TV, streaming), the Irish mob series with James Nesbitt, returns for a second six-episode season. 

The best in industry and sports are celebrated in the new series “History’s Greatest of All Time with Peyton Manning” (History, 10 p.m.). 

 “Super Bowl Opening Night” (ESPN2, Fox Sports 1, 8 p.m.) won’t feature any football, but will mostly have interviews with coaches and players, with some other fan focused nonsense. 

Chelsea Handler returns to late night as the guest host all week on “The Daily Show” (Comedy Central, 11 p.m.).
