A new “Saturday Night Live” (NBC, 11:30 p.m.) with Pete Davidson returning to host, with Lil Uzi Vert, is the latest victim of the writers’ strike. Instead, there will be the first of what may be a long string of reruns — this one from March, with Jenna Ortega and the 1975.
