The Tour de France doesn’t begin until July 1. Until then there’s the eight-episode documentary series “Tour de France: Unchained” (Netflix, streaming), looking at teams in the run-up to the event.

“Never Have I Ever” (Netflix, streaming) returns for its fourth and final season.

Kaley Cuoco stars in yet another streaming series. “Based on a True Story” (Peacock, streaming) is about three people who hope to capitalize on the popularity of true crime series. Chris Messina and Tom Bateman also star.

From Spain comes the new dramatic series “Culpa Mia (My Fault)” (Prime Video, streaming) about a 17-year old who has to move into her stepfather’s mansion. 

“Hailey’s on It!” (Disney, 8 p.m.) is a new animated series about a girl who is befriended by someone from the future. 

“Top Chef” (Bravo, 9 p.m.) crowns a winner I its 20th season finale. 

The task force faces a ring of fraudulent companies on “The Blacklist” (NBC, 8 p.m.).

“Alone” (History, 9 p.m.) returns for its 10th season. This time, they’re dropped in northern Saskatchewan.
