The dark indie comedy “The Civil Dead” (Showtime2, 9 p.m.) makes its premium cable debut

“Into the Wild Frontier” (INSP, 6 p.m.) looks at frontier peacemaker George Croghan. 

Crimes that take place during time travel are in tonight’s Turner Classic Movies double feature, “Time After Time” (8 p.m.) and “Repeat Performance” (10 p.m.). The 12 o’clock noir is “Flaxy Martin” (midnight), followed by two 1970s dramas that set the stage for a more challenging Father’s Day, “The Great Santini” (2 a.m.) and “I Never Sang for My Father” (4 a.m.).

Baseball includes Detroit at Minnesota (MLB, 2 p.m.), Angels at Kansas City (Fox Sports 1, 4 p.m.), Yankees at Boston (Fox, 7 p.m.) and Cleveland at Arizona (Fox Sports 1, 10 p.m.).

The College World Series has Stanford vs. Wake Forest (ESPN, 2 p.m.) and Tennessee vs. LSU (ESPN, 7 p.m.). 

NASCAR’s ARCA Menards Series Racing (Fox Sports 1, 8 p.m.) originates from Berlin.
