The two-part documentary “One South: Portrait of a Psych Unit” (HBO, 9 p.m.) examines the inner workings of psychiatric unit in Queens, N.Y.

The second episode of the there-part “Disco: Soundtrack of a Revolution” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings) looks into the rise of disco music, the Black women who became stars from Gloria Gaynor to Donna Summer, and the turbocharge it received from the film “Saturday Night Fever.”

“Kaulitz & Kaulitz” (Netflix, streaming) follows the lives of twin brothers Bill and Tom Kaulitz of the German band Tokio Hotel, now living in Hollywood. The series plays like “Spinal Tap” as fronted by Hans and Franz. 

A two hour episode of the reality series “Police 24/7” (CW, 8 p.m.) wraps up its inaugural season. 

Second seasons start for both “High Speed Chase” (Investigation Discovery, 9 p.m.) and “Late Night Lockup” (Investigation Discovery, 10 p.m.). 

“America’s Got Talent” (NBC, 8 p.m.) continue auditions.
