The new limited series “The Decameron” (Netflix, streaming) is set in 1348 when the “wine-soaked sex romp” in Italian countryside has suddenly been hit by the Black Death. Based on the short story collection of the same name by Giovanni Boccaccio, it stars Zoysia Mamet, Saoirse-Monica Jackson and Tanya Reynolds, Tony Hale and Jessica Plummer.
From Japan comes the crime thriller “Tokyo Swindlers” (Netflix, streaming), about a group of conmen who use real estate sales as a basis to steal a lot of money.
“Kleo” (Netflix, streaming) is still looking for the red suitcase on the German spy thriller, returning for its second season.
