From Mexico comes an adaptation of Juan Rulfo’s “Pedro Páramo” (Netflix, streaming), starring Tenoch Huerta as a man searching for his late father in a changed town. 

“Chicago Med” (NBC, 8 p.m.) deals with camp victims of a rockslide; “Chicago Fire” (NBC, 9 p.m.) discovers illegal guns on a call; Burgess seeks to advance in the “Chicago P.D.” (NBC, 10 p.m.). 

The new true crime series “Feuds Turned Fatal” (Investigation Discovery, 10 p.m.) concentrates on spats between friends or family that turn deadly. 

“NOVA” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings) dives into the quantum world. 

Melissa suffers a fall but avoids medical attention on “Abbott Elementary” (ABC, 9:30 p.m.).

“Wild West Chronicles” (INSP, 10 p.m.) focuses on former slave and Union soldier Willie Kennard.
