camprock2If you don’t think today’s pop stars are made from the Disney machine, dip into the network’s original movie marathon this week, which tonight alone features Demi Lovato in two different made for TV movies, starring opposite  Joe Jonas in 2010’s “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” (Disney, 8 p.m.), and then with Selena Gomez in the 2009 “Princess Protection Program” (Disney, 9:50 p.m.). They’re followed by “The Cheetah Girls 3” (Disney, 11:30 p.m.), who had their own moment.

In the made for TV movie “The Maid” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.) Kathryn Newton plays a teen who thinks her ex is sending her disturbing messages, but it’s actually her wacko maid (Fay Masterson).

Dierks Bentley has a pop up concert in Knoxville on “Instant Jam” (CMT, 9 p.m.).

Claire and Jamie seek support from his grandfather, who is a piece of work, on “Outlander” (Starz, 9 p.m.).

Everybody’s gone home at the networks. Nothing new is on TV except another installment of “500 Questions” (ABC, 8 p.m.).

The two part TV movie “Madoff” (ABC, 9 p.m.) with Richard Dreyfus as the fraudulent financier, is rerun. It runs opposite the 2005 “King Kong” (NBC, 8 p.m.) (in place of what would have been a Stanley Cup playoff).

“Cheaper by the Dozen 2” (Bravo, 7 p.m.) precedes “Cheaper by the Dozen” (Bravo, 9 p.m.).

The Robert DeNiro/ Anne Hathaway workplace comedy “The Intern” (HBO, 8 p.m.) makes its cable premiere.

“Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” (Telemundo, 8 p.m.) will probably lose nothing in Spanish.

On “Livin’ Lozada” (OWN, 9 p.m.), former TV psychic John Edward is summoned  by Evelyn to help Sylvia connect with loved ones.

The slaying of a pregnant woman in March 2009 is investigated on “Snapped: She Made Me Do It” (Oxygen, 9 p.m.).

Gambling debt leads to crime on “Scorned: Love Kills” (investigation Discovery, 10 p.m.).

“Ghost Brothers” (TLC, 10 and 11 p.m.) look for Civil War ghosts in Ohio and riverboat spirits in Louisiana.

Gang activity is the focus of two episodes of “The First 48: Gangland” (A&E, 10 p.m.).

It’s a 35-movie Memorial Day Marathon on Turner Classic Movies with “Bombardier” (6: 15 a.m.), “Behind the Rising Sun” (8 a.m.), “Marine Raiders” (9:30 a.m.), “Flying Leathernecks” (11:15 a.m.), “They Were Expendable” (1 p.m.), “The Caine Mutiny” (3:30 p.m.), “The Hill” (4:45 p.m.), “The Bridge on the River Kwai” (8 p.m.), “A Bridge Too Far” (11 p.m.), “From Here to Eternity” (2:15 a.m.) and “PT 109” (4:30 a.m.).

Elsewhere, there is also “Black Hawk Down” (BBC America, 8 p.m.).

The NBA playoffs include Golden State at Oklahoma City (TNT, 9 p.m.) in Game 6.

Baseball includes Boston at Toronto (MLB, 1 p.m.), Yankees at Tampa Bay (MLB, 4 p.m.), St. Louis at Washington (Fox, 7 p.m.) and Houston at Angels (MLB, 10 p.m.).

And there’s the Indy 500 Festival Parade (NBC Sports, 10 p.m.).

James Taylor plays “Austin City Limits” (PBS, 11 p.m., check local listings) in a broadcast from last year.

Russell Crowe hosts a rerun of a recent “Saturday Night Live” (NBC, 11:30 p.m.) with Margo Price as musical guest.
