“Life Below Zero: Next Generation” (National Geographic, 9:30 p.m.) concentrates on younger people drawn to the Alaskan wilderness. It follows the 15th season premiere of the hearty older folks on “Life Below Zero” (National Geographic, 9:30 p.m.).
