The problems of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry that caused them to flee their duties and move to the U.S. is depicted in the latest cheesy movie imagining their life. “Harry & Meghan: Escaping the Palace” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.) is the third Lifetime movie on the pair; it’s also the third set of actors to play them: Sydney Morton and Jordan Dean. It even includes the big interview the duo did with Oprah Winfrey. 

It’s followed by the documentary “The American Royal Baby” (Lifetime, 10 p.m.), about the newborn of Harry and Meghan.

“LFG” (CNN, 9 p.m.) tells the story of the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team, their victories on the field and their battles off the pitch for pay equity. 

Daytime soaps begin dabbling with streaming services with the new limited series “Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem” (Peacock, streaming). The first of five episodes premieres today; with a new one each day until Friday’s finale. 

Another spinoff, “Street Outlaws: Gone Girl” (Discovery+, streaming) feature seven female street racers. 

The new documentary series “Countdown: Inspiration4 Mission Space” (Netflix, streaming) takes a behind the scenes look at the upcoming all-civilian mission into orbit.
