In the new four-part series “Guilt,” Mark Bonnar and Jamie Wives play a pair of brothers who hit an elderly pedestrian during a drunken drive home after a wedding and try to hide it. Then they meet the niece to retrieve incriminating evidence. It’s something a little different for “Masterpiece” (PBS, 9 p.m.) which shows the first two episodes tonight and the concluding ones next week.

Cut in the middle of their fifth season due to the pandemic, “Billions” (Showtime, 9 p.m.) returns with the first of the remaining episodes, with Corey Still adding to the cast of Paul Giamatti, Damian Lewis, Maggie Siff and Asia Kate Dillon.

“Rick and Morty” (Cartoon Network, 11 p.m.) ends its fifth season tonight. 

The closing ceremonies of the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games (NBC Sports, 7 a.m.) are repeated on Telemundo at noon, and NBC 7 p.m. tonight. 

“Lucy Worsley’s Royal Myths & Secrets” (PBS, 8 p.m., check local listings) looks at the Regency Era. 

The third chapter of Spike Lee’s “NYC Epicenters 9/11 to 2021 1/2” (HBO, 8 p.m.) may have fewer conspiracy. Other documentaries on the terrorist attack tonight include “9/11” (CNN, 8 p.m.) and “Classroom: Front Row to History” (CNN, 10 p.m.). 

Tiffany is running strong on “Big Brother” (CBS, 8 p.m.), becoming the first woman to win back to back Head of Household.
