Paul Rudd and Jenna Ortega play a father and daughter who accidentally hit and kill a unicorn while en route to a weekend retreat in the comedy horror “Death of a Unicorn” (HBO, 8 p.m.). The dark fantasy, which also features Tea Leoni, Will Poulter and Richard E. Grant, makes its premium cable premiere. 

Shark Week concludes with two final specials “Attack of the Devil Shark” (8 p.m.) and “Battle for Shark Mountain” (9 p.m.). 

It’s also the final installment in the out-of-season made-for-TV “Unwrapping Christmas” romance film series with “Unwrapping: Olivia’s Reunion” (Hallmark, 8 p.m.) in which Cindy Busby’s character makes a delivery to a remote cabin and finds her ex (Jake Epstein).

A mother in protective custody learns her ex has escaped from a maximum security prison in the made-for-TV thriller “Before Your Father Finds Us” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.). Alexa PenaVega and Tahmoh Penikett star. 

“Mysteries from Above” (History, 9 p.m.) looks at a string of Native American earthworks. 

Martell and Destiny talk about their future on “Love and Marriage: Huntsville” (OWN, 8 p.m.).

“Ghost Adventures” (Travel, 9 p.m.) is joined by Korn singer Jonathan Davis. 

“Earth Girls are Easy” (MeTV, 8 p.m.) is presented tonight on the House of Svengoolie. 

The actor / filmmaker Robert Townsend chooses the double feature on Turner Classic Movies tonight. His choices: the 1941 “Here Comes Mr. Jordan” (8 p.m.) and “Network” (9:45 p.m.). The midnight noir is “Rififi” (12:15 a.m.), followed by “7 Faces of Dr. Lao” (2:30 a.m.) and “The Boy with Green Hair” (4:15 a.m.).
