If nobody saw the event coming a quarter century ago, everyone could see the 25th anniversary broadcast schedule coming It includes “9/11 Tribute in Light: Live from Lower Manhattan” (ABC, 8 p.m.), a live event hosted by David Muir, Robin Roberts and Diane Sawyer. Lainey Wilson, Cyndi Lauper and John Ondrasik of Five For Fighting will perform live. It will be simulcast on Disney+, Hulu, National Geographic and followed by a replay of “9/11: United We Stand — 25 years Later” (ABC, 9 p.m.). 

“9/11: We Remember” (CBS, 8 p.m.) features reports from Lesley Stahl, Tony Dokoupil and Norah O’Donnell. It’s followed by “Daughters of 9/11” (CBS, 9 p.m.) in which victims’ families wonder whether the man being held for the attacks, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, will face prosecution. 

Elsewhere, “102 Minutes Inside the Towers” (History, 8 p.m.) recounts the first minutes of the terror attack. 

“Great Performances” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings) has a replay of Verdi’s Requiem from the 20th anniversary of 9/11 at the Met. Misty Copeland hosts.
