radioCPRRather strange edition of the big Friday night radio show began and ended early, but included a Chinese New Year salute to the Year of the Horse, a long retrospective on the work of the late Pete Seeger (seguing into the new Springsteen album) and a second salute to the Everly Brothers in the wake of Phil Everly’s death earlier this month.

No time for the annual Buddy Holly salute or echoes of the Grammys, but we’ll get to it next time.
