College football dominates prime time network TV with Kansas State at TCU (Fox, 7:30 p.m.), Alabama at LSU (CBS, 8 p.m.) and Ohio State at Michigan (ABC, 8 p.m.).

The season ends already on “Doctor Who” (BBC America, 9 p.m.) with Cybermen invading the streets of London.

“The Chair” (Starz, 10 p.m.) ends its season with a winner revealed.

Hallmark is still pushing out Christmas movies every night. Tonight’s “The Nine Lives of Christmas” (Hallmark, 8 p..) also involves felines.

Another original made for TV movie tonight is not about the holidays but about a college student threatened by a sorority sister to keep quiet about a hazing incident that led to a death in “Dead on Campus” (Lifetime, 9 p.m.). And “Mutant World” (Syfy, 9 p.m.) is about a post apocalyptic word, 10 years later.

Other college football today includes, at noon, Georgia at Kentucky (ESPN), Wisconsin at Purdue (ESPNU), Southern Methodist at Tulsa (CBS Sports Network), Iowa at Minnesota (ESPN2) and Texas-San Antonio at Rice (Fox Sports Network).

At 3:30p.m., the games include Texas A&M at Auburn (CBS), Notre Dame at Arizona State (ABC), West Virginia at Texas (Fox Sports 1), Connecticut at Army (CBS Sports Network), Michigan at Northwestern (ESPN2), Tulane at Houston (ESPNU) and Iowa State at Kansas (Fox Sports Network).

Other games tonight include Virginia at Florida State (ESPN, 6:30 p.m.), Boise State at New Mexico (CBS Sports Network, 7 p.m.), Hawaii at Colorado State (ESPNU, 7 p.m.), Louisville at Boston College (ESPN2, 7:15 p.m.), Oregon at Utah (ESPN, 10 p.m.) and San Jose State at Fresno State (CBS Sports Network, 10:30 p.m.).

“Hell on Wheels” (AMC, 9 p.m.) returns, with Cullen and Durant fighting to save the life of a criminal.

“Survivor’s Remorse” (Starz, 9 p.m.) finishes its first season.

“Vanilla Ice Goes Amish” (DIY, 10 p.m.) continues to be one of the oddest titles you see on TV.

Other films on premium cable are action pics that played theaters earlier this year:  “The Legend of Hercules” (HBO, 9 p.m.) and “300: Rise of an Empire” (Cinemax, 10 p.m.).

Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Lena Dunham, Mickey Flanagan and Sia are on a new “The Graham Norton Show” (BBC America, 10 p.m.).

Three films from director Robert Aldrich are on Turner Classic Movies: “The Dirty Dozen” (8 p.m.), “The Big Knife” (10:45 p.m.) and “Vera Cruz” (12:45 a.m.). Later, it’s “Bloody Birthday” (TCM, 2:30 a.m.) and “Poltergeist” (TCM, 4 a.m.).

The Bill Hader-hosted episode of “Saturday Night Live” (NBC, 11:30 p.m.) with Hozier from earlier this season is rerun.  The “SNL Vintage” (NBC, 10 p.m.), from 1979, sounds better, with Rick Nelson and Judy Collins.
