In the South Korean import “The Call” (Netflix, streaming), an abducted teen and a 911 operator work together in a time-traveling thriller featuring the star of “#Alive” and “Memories of Alhambra,” Park Shin-hye. 

More horror is found in the Spanish film “Don’t Listen” (Netflix, streaming), in which a couple moving into a new home starts to hear things. 

“20/20” (ABC, 9 p.m.) looks into problems with the 737 Max with its return to flying next month. 

The new reality series “Bollywood Wives” (Netflix, streaming) is like “Hollywood Wives” except, you know, from India. It stars Neelam Kothari, Maheep Kapoor, Seema Khan and Bhavna Pandey. 

Broadway singer Lee Salonga sings selections from her career as well as tunes from “Aladdin” and “Mulan” from the Sydney Opera House on “Great Performances” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings). 

A second season starts for “Virgin River” (Netflix, streaming) the romantic series starring Alexandra Breckenridge as a big city nurse who practices in a small Northern California town. 

The amusing series “How to With John Wilson” (HBO, 11 p.m.) has an early first season finale by looking into “How to Cook the Perfect Risotto,” with more than a few digressions.

“UFOs in Alaska” (Travel, 9 p.m.) considers the possibility of a alien base beneath a mountain. 

America’s love of animals is examined in prime time on the special “CBS Sunday Morning: The Pet Project” (CBS, 9 p.m.). 

Turner Classic Movies’ month-long Friday night celebration of circus movies concludes with “7 Faces of Dr. Lao” (8 p.m.), “Billy Rose’s Jumbo” (10 p.m.), “At the Circus” (12:15 a.m.). Then comes two films from the 1980s, “Born in Flames” (2 a.m.) and “The Fog” (3:30 a.m.).
