Marvel tries to reshuffle its stories in its first animated series, “What If…?” (Disney+, streaming) in which it takes characters like Doctor Strange, Peggy Carter and Thor and wonders what would have happened if things in their Marvel Cinematic Universe movies had gone differently. 

The new summer series “Superstar” (ABC, 10 p.m.) brings a biography of a different celebrity each week, starting with Whitney Houston featuring interviews with Brandy, Chaka Khan, BeBe Winans and Darlene Love along with interviews with Houston and Bobby Brown from the archives. 

“The Kissing Booth 3” (Netflix, streaming) completes the trilogy of romantic films, in which Elle has to decide to go to college with her friend Lee, or move across the country with her boyfriend Noah. The cast of Joey King, Joel Courtney and Jacob Elordi all return. 

On the new “Bake Squad” (Netflix, streaming), four bakers under the direction of Milk bar founder Christina Tosi, compete to create the best selections for special occasions. 

“Cribs” (MTV, 9:30 p.m.) returns with new episodes as the network hits 40. This time, the abodes of Big Sean and Rick Ross, but also people like Shooki and Martha Stewart. 

The least popular cast member of “Shark Tank” (CNBC, 9 p.m.), Kevin “Mr. Wonderful” O’Leary, is featured as judge on the new “Money Court” (CNBC, 10 p.m.), resolving financial disputes.
