Wednesday TV: ‘The Harder They Fall’

What would a Western from Jay-Z look like? “The Harder They Fall” (Netflix, streaming), which Shawn Carter helped produce, is a Western with a solid cast that includes Idris Elba, Regina King, Zazie Beetz, LaKeith Stanfield and Delroy Lindo. The director is Jeymes Samuel, allo known as The Bullitts. Jay-Z is featured on the soundtrack, as are Lauryn Hill, CeeLo Green, Kid Cudi and Seal. 

The first circle of Stonehenge is considered on a new “Secrets of the Dead” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings). 

“Nova” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings) continues its Universe Revealed series by concentrating on the Milky Way. 

Erika gets to upend the last immunity challenge on “Survivor” (CBS, 8 p.m.) where all losers can be winners and the rules go out the window.

It’s Senior Night on “The Goldbergs” (ABC, 8 p.m.).

“DC’s Legends of Tomorrow” (CW, 8 p.m.) heads to 1920s Chicago.

Hugh Bonneville of “Downton Abbey” hosts a new four-part series about animals on a sprawling English farm, titled “WildTales from the Farm” (Smithsonian, 8 p.m.).

“Property Brothers: Forever Home” (HGTV, 8 p.m.) returns for a sixth season. 

Lest you think everybody lost weight during the pandemic, here’s the season premiere of “My 600-lb Life” (TLC, 8 p.m.).
