A terrific season of “Succession” (HBO, 10 p.m.) comes to an end with some conclusive direction whether the media company Waystar will be merging with the upstart tech firm GoJo; and the fate of Roman after his boardroom gaffe. 

Safe to say the current First Lady has a better attitude about holiday decorations than did the last. The special “White House Christmas 2021” (HGTV, 6 p.m.) shares how it looks this month. Genevieve Gorder hosts.

Yes, it’s hopelessly dated. Yes, it was once run by Trump. But the 70th Miss Universe Competition (Fox, 7 p.m.) is run again from Eilat, Israel. Steve Harvey, who famously announced the wrong winner in 2015, is back again as host. 

Jessica Camacho and Adam Rodriguez star in the romantic holiday film “A Christmas Proposal” (CBS, 8:30 p.m.)  It’s one of five different such titles running opposite one another, which includes “People Presents: Blending Christmas” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.), with Haylie Duff and practically the whole cast of the old “Brady Bunch,” with Barry Williams, Susan Olsen, Mike Loookinland and Robbie Rist. 

Other titles include “Sister Swap: Christmas in the City” (Hallmark, 8 p.m.), “A Christmas Star” (GAC Family, 8 p.m.) and  “A New Lease on Christmas” (ION, 8 p.m.),

Sunday Night Football has Green Bay at Chicago (NBC, 8:20 p.m.). Earlier games include Dallas at Washington (Fox, 1 p.m.), Baltimore at Cleveland (CBS, 1 p.m.) and Buffalo at Tampa Bay (CBS, 4:25 p.m.).

A dark arts slumber party is planned on “Yellowjackets” (Showtime, 10 p.m.).
