From the makers of “Love is Blind” comes “The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On” (Netflix, streaming) involvies six couples on the precipice: One wants to marry, the other isn’t so sure. It doesn’t seem like the best idea to then shuffle them, have them choose another partner among the dozen to live with for three weeks before they return to their original partner to see if they’re any more ready — or are ready to split.

At times it seems the women are just after jewelry, but there’s an awful lot of talking it out. The difference with something like “Temptation Island” (USA, 10 p.m.) is that instead of being inundated by hungry singles, they further complicate things with people already in the room.

Like “Love is Blind,” it moves quickly, the host city (Austin) looks sparkly, and it even has the same disappearing hosts — Nick and Vanessa Lachey. It’s made to binge, with the first eight episodes dropping today and the finale choices (and reunion) out next Wednesday.
