The Friday night spotlight on Judy Garland and the 100th anniversary of her birth this month concludes on Turner Classic Movies with “Gay Purr-ee” (4 p.m.), “Till the Clouds Roll By” (5:30 p.m.), “A Star is Born” (8 p.m.), “A Child is Waiting” (11:15 p.m.), “I Could Go on Singing” (1:15 a.m.).
