Nelson George’s documentary “Say Hey, Willie Mays!” (Fox, 9 p.m.) highlights the stellar life and baseball career of the Hall of Fame champ who hit 660 home runs and earned 12 Golden Glove awards. A second season begins for “Below Deck Adventure” (Bravo, 9 p.m.) with a charter to a carving expedition.

“Beyond Oak Island” (History, 9 p.m.) has a finale, though I have a feeling that it won’t ever end.

Pizza in Salem, Mass. is the locale for the season finale of “Man vs. Food” (Cooking, 9 p.m.).
