Tiny Jenn Tran, who finished sixth on last season’s “The Bachelor” returns now with all the roses to distribute among 25 suitors as “The Bachelorette” (ABC, 8 p.m.), returning for its 21st season amid a crowded field of dating shows. 

On public television, filmmaker Ella Glendining is looking for something more rare than love. In her film “Is there Anybody Out There?” she seeks to find someone else who has the same uncommon disability she has — born with short thigh bones and no hip joints. The film makes its debut tonight on “POV” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings). 

Like college football practice that begins too early in the heat of the summer, here’s the third season premiere of “All American: Homecoming” (CW, 9 p.m.). It’s the spinoff of “All American” (CW, 9 p.m.) on which Spencer and Olivia are about to wed. 

Shark Week continues with “Big Shark Energy” (Discovery, 8 p.m.), “Shark Frenzy: Mating Games” (Discovery, 9 p.m.) and “Great White Serial Killer: Sea of Blood” (Discovery, 10 p.m.). 

Bobby Flay’s “BBQ Brawl” (Food, 9 p.m.) begins its fifth season of barbecuing with 12 new contenders. 

The latest true crime series, “Bodies in the Water” (Investigation Discovery, 10 p.m.), follows the case of a missing high school student found shackled in chains in a watery grave just off the shore of Cape May, New Jersey. It follows a new episode of “Deadly Influence: The Social Media Murders” (Investigation Discovery, 9 p.m.). 

The 1968 assassination of Robert F. Kennedy gets a deeper look on “History’s Greatest Mysteries” (History, 9 p.m.).

“American Ninja Warrior” (NBC, 8 p.m.) continues its qualifying rounds in Los Angeles.

The tombs and tunnels of sacred places are examined on “Holy Marvels with Dennis Quaid” (History, 10 p.m.). 

“The Great American Recipe” (PBS, 9 p.m.) has cooks make a baked breakfast item. 

Changing her physical appearance is the next step for “Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up” (Lifetime, 9 p.m.). 

Consecutive episodes of “Conquistadors: The Rise and Fall” (Nat Geo Wild, 7, 8 and 9 p.m.) focus on Columbus, Cortez and Pizarro. 

Turner Classic Movies’ month-long Monday night event marking the 90th anniversary of the Hays Code continues with some more pre-code movies: “Scarface” (8 p.m.), “The Roaring Twenties” (9:45 p.m.), “The Bachelor Father” (11:45 p.m.), “Bachelor Mother” (1:30 a.m.), “The Sin of Nora Moran” (3 a.m.) and “That Certain Woman” (4:15 a.m.).
